Caviar Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Double cream 2 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (65 Milliliter)
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 3⁄4 Pinch (Use A Very Small Pinch)
  White bread slice/Brown bread slices 10
  Caviar 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1/2 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cream the butter until soft and fluffy.
Whip the cream until stiff and add to the butter.
Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Add the mustard and cayenne, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the bread with the butter and cream mixture.
Spread half the slices lightly with the caviare and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Press the other slices of bread down on top.
Trim off the crusts and cut into neat squares or triangles.
