|Grated carrot||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||6 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
Wash raisins and chop, combine with grated carrot.
Add applesauce and peanut butter and stir well.
Spread plenty of the mixture on 4 bread slices, and cover each with another bread slice.
Butter both outsides of sandwiches, put in preheated baking dish and cook 3 minutes.
