Barbecued Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), separated into rings
  Green bell pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame sandwich buns 4 Ounce, split (2 Buns, 2 Ounce)
  Sliced apricot glazed pork roast 4 Ounce
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; saute 6 minutes or until tender. Spread sauce mixture evenly over cut sides of buns. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between bun bot toms; top with bun tops.
4. Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
