Pocket Sandwich

Ingredients
  Chopped avocado 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cut lean cooked lamb 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion with tops 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped mint leaves/1/4 teaspoon dried mint leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  5 inch pita bread 1
  Plain yogurt 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice; reserve.
Mix remaining ingredients except pita bread[s] and yogurt in 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Cover loosely and microwave on high (550 watts) until hot, 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 to 3 min]; stir.
Slit pita bread[s] halfway through to form pocket[s].
Fill with lamb mixture.
Top with avocado and serve with yogurt.
