Favorite PB And Apple Sandwich

Ingredients
  Natural peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Low carb multigrain bread slices 2
  Roasted sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Granny smith apple 1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

Spread peanut butter on 1 slice of bread.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and top with apple.
Top with remaining slice of bread, then cut in half.and grill.
