AVOCADO MELTED CHEESE SANDWICH

Ingredients
  Wholewheat bread slice 4
  Avocado 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Butter the bread and heat but do not toast.
Mix the cheese and avocado and cover the hot bread.
Place under grill until cheese is melted and bread browns.
