Baked Turkey Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Firm bread slice 12
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Turkey broth/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Bottled thick condiment sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diced cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dip bread into mixture of eggs, milk, and seasoned salt.
Brown on both sides in hot butter.
Put 6 slices in shallow baking dish.
Mix soup, evaporated milk, broth, condiment sauce, pepper, and turkey.
Spoon on toast slices.
Top with remaining slices, and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Good with succotash, sliced-tomato and watercress salad, and baked fresh pears.
Makes 6 servings.
