Open Cheese Sandwiches
|Cheddar cheese||3 Pound, grated|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Cucumbers||2 , chopped|
|Green peppers||2 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hellman'S)|
|Nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped fine|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Remove crusts from slices of bread and butter each slice lightly, then spread with above mixture.
Put under broiler in oven until cheese mixture bubbles and turns light brown - watch carefully.
Serve at once.
