Champion Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Dark rye bread slices 8
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Ground pepper 1 Dash
  Beef roast 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Leaf lettuce 4 , chilled
Directions

Spread bread slices with butter.
Combine sour cream, onion-soup mix, horseradish, and pepper.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of the sour-cream mixture on each slice of bread.
Top 4 slices with roast beef, then lettuce; cover with remaining bread.
