Double Beef Sandwiches
|Rye bread slices||12 , buttered|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Leaf lettuce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried beef||4 Ounce, pulled apart|
|Sliced muenster cheese/Sliced brick cheese||4 Ounce|
|Canned corned beef/Cooked corned beef||4 Ounce, sliced very thin|
|Dill pickles||2 Large, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
Spread half the bread slices with mustard and add layers of lettuce, dried beef, cheese, corned beef, pickle, and onion.
Top each stack-up with more lettuce.
Spread remaining bread slices with horseradish, and complete sandwiches.
Anchor with toothpick topped with a ripe olive.
