Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1
  Chopped chives 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Canned peach halves 2
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Rye bread slice 2
  Brown bread slice 2
  Tomato slices 4
  Cucumber slice 4
  Dill sprig 2
  Maraschino cherries 4
Directions

Mix the cheese with the milk and salt, until it is smooth, then divide the mixture into three equal parts.
with one-third mix the finely chopped onion; with the second third, the chopped herbs; with the final third, the cubed peach halves.
Spread on the buttered bread slices, cut into halves and garnish as shown in the tomato and cucumber slices, dill sprigs and cherries.
