Quick Blintz Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained
  Egg 1
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 12
  Eggs 3 Small, beaten
  Reconstituted nonfat dry milk/Fluid milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Jelly/Jam 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat together cottage cheese, 1 egg, and sugar.
Spread about 1/4 cup filling on each of 6 bread slices.
Top with remaining bread.
Combine the 3 eggs and milk; dip sandwiches into egg mixture.
Brown sandwiches on both sides in margarine or butter on griddle or in a skillet.
