Quick Blintz Sandwiches
|Cream style cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained|
|Eggs||3 Small, beaten|
|Reconstituted nonfat dry milk/Fluid milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Beat together cottage cheese, 1 egg, and sugar.
Spread about 1/4 cup filling on each of 6 bread slices.
Top with remaining bread.
Combine the 3 eggs and milk; dip sandwiches into egg mixture.
Brown sandwiches on both sides in margarine or butter on griddle or in a skillet.
