Delmonico Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated process sharp cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Toast slices 4
  Cooked turkey slices 8 Medium
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Bacon slices 4
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
In medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add flour, salt, mustard, cayenne; stir until blended.
Slowly add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Arrange toast in 9" by 9" by 2" baking dish; top with turkey slices; pour cheese sauce over turkey.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 10 minutes.
Garnish with bacon and tomato slices.
