Barbecued Beef And Rye Bread Sandwiches
|Toasted rye bread slice/4 hard rolls||8 , cut in half lengthwise|
|Sliced cooked roast beef||1 Pound, sliced|
|Barbecue sauce/Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dill pickle||1 Medium, thinly-sliced|
1. Arrange 4 slices rye bread or the bottom slices of 4 hard rolls on a paper towel lined plate. Top with half the roast beef slices and spread with chili sauce. Place optional onion and pickle slices over chili sauce, cover with remaining roast beef, and close sandwiches with 4 bread slices or hard roll tops.
2. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 5) for 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
