Reuben Bake

Ingredients
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter flavored noodles and sauce mix 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Corned beef/1 1/2 cups chopped sliced corned beef 12 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Thousand island dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Unseasoned whole wheat croutons/White croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place water in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes, or until water boils.
Stir in noodles and sauce mix and onion.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 7 to 9 minutes, or until sauce thickens, stirring twice.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut and dressing over noodles and sauce.
Cover.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 9 minutes, or until center is hot, rotating casserole once.
Sprinkle cheese, parsley and croutons over noodles.
Microwave, uncovered, at 70% (Medium High) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating casserole once.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
