Turkey Divan Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Frozen asparagus spears 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Process sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Pound, shredded to make 1 cup
  Buttered toast slices 4
  Cooked turkey slices 4 Large
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Cook asparagus as label directs; drain.
In small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, then milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Place toast on cookie sheet.
Top with asparagus spears, then with turkey slices and drained mushrooms.
Spoon on cheese sauce.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until golden.
