|American cheese slice||2|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Tomato slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, fry the eggs.
Punch a hole in the yolk so that some runs out.
Sprinkle some Tabasco sauce on the eggs and place a slice of cheese on each egg.
Cover the frying pan, then turn off the heat and let the cheese melt.
On one half of an English muffin spread half the mayonnaise and on the other half spread half the mustard.
Now build your sandwich.
