Reuben Sandwich With Sauerkraut

Ingredients
  Drained sauerkraut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rye bread slice 1
  Skinned and boned cooked turkey 2 Ounce, sliced
  Swiss cheese 1 Ounce
Directions

Place sauerkraut on rye bread; top with turkey and Swiss cheese.
Place in broiling pan or on aluminum foil and broil until cheese melts.
