If you have been wonderfing as to what to do with the leftover veggies, here's a healthy idea. This quick wrap recipe makes for a wonderful nutritious meal. You can also pack them for your little one's lunch box. The colorful presentation makes it visually appealing too.
Ingredients
  Diced vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tortilla wrap 2
  Guacamole 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Warm a wrap on a skillet from both sides.
Leave it on the skillet and arrange all the ingredients on it.
Put it on a plate and wrap it around.
Use any kind of leftovers.
