Ingredients
  Grated american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 2 , beaten stiff
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White bread slice 4
Directions

Blend ingredients except bread until smooth.
Toast bread on 1 side.
Spread the cheese mixture on the untoasted side and broil a few moments, until the cheese is puffed and brown.
