Hot Ham Sandwiches
|Focaccia bread/2 small french bread sticks||2 (4 in squares)|
|Ricotta cheese||6 Ounce, drained (185 g)|
|Smoked ham||8 Ounce, sliced (250 g)|
|Sun dried tomatoes||2 Ounce, sliced (60 g)|
|Chopped fresh basil||3 Tablespoon|
|Parmesan cheese shavings||1 Ounce (30 g)|
1. Split focaccia bread or French bread sticks horizontally and spread each half with ricotta cheese. Top with ham, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and Parmesan cheese shavings. Place under a preheated hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden.
