Open Face Ham Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  Ground boiled ham 5 Ounce
  Egg 1 , hard cooked and mashed
  Minced celery 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Pickle relish 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rye bread slice 2 , toasted
  Lettuce leaves 2 (iceberg or romaine)
  Tomato 1 Medium, sliced
Directions

In small bowl combine ham, egg, minced vegetables, sour cream, relish, mayonnaise, and mustard, mixing well; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Top each slice of toast with a lettuce leaf; stir salad again, then spoon half of salad onto each lettuce leaf.
