|Cooked chicken livers||4 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Basic french dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/4 Recipe)|
|Rye bread slice||1|
|Red onion||1 Ounce, sliced|
In small bowl mash liver.
Stir in celery and French Dressing.
Cut bread horizontally to make two thin slices.
Spread liver on one thin slice, top with onion and remaining slice bread.
