Yum Yum Breakfast Wrap
|Organic brown eggs||3|
|Garlic cloves||2 (Fresh)|
|Bell peppers||2 (Red, Yellow Or Green)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Tortilla wraps||2 (Ezekial 4:9)|
|Cajun seasoning||To Taste|
1)Take 2 to 3 eggs, crack, pour the yoke and whites in a medium bowl. Add cajun seasoning to the eggs.
2)Wash peppers and onion, dry, and chop into small bite size pieces.
3)Chop thin slices of one or two garlic cloves.
4)Mix eggs and veggies together until everything is blended.
5)Heat up a large frying pan and pour a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan.
6) Throw 1 or 2 torillas in the pan and make sure both sides have oil on it.
7) Cook the torillas for 20 second to warm them. Take the torillas out and place on a plate.
8) Pour the eggs in the large pan and scramble them until they are hard or if you like them soft then cook them for less to. If you like cheese add some onto the eggs 2 minutes before they are done.
9) Once the eggs are done, pour the eggs on the tortillas and wrap the tortilla around it.
