2kidscooking's picture
Today for The Kids Cook Monday, we’re re-sharing one of our early, but great episodes–Pickley Tuna Sandwiches. Since we’ve been focused on Cold Lunch Ideas for school, this one is a perfect fit. It’s also one of Alex’s favorites. So, let's watch and find out how to make Pickley Tuna Sandwiches for our kids.
Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Pound
  Blueberries 1 Pint
Red grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, softened
Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. First, wash all of the fruit. Then cut the strawberries in half or in quarters, depending on size and remove the grapes from their stems.
2. Next, combine all Dip ingredients together in a bowl and mix together with a hand mixer until smooth.
3. Serve arranged on a platter with the dip in a separate bowl in the center.
