Open Face Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned chicken chunks 10 Ounce, drained (2 Cans 5 Ounce Each)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Chopped toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Whole wheat english muffins 3 , split and toasted
  Frozen avocado dip 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Container)
Directions

Mix chicken, mayonnaise, celery, almonds and onion salt.
Arrange tomato slices on each muffin half.
Spoon chicken mixture onto tomatoes.
Spoon avocado dip onto chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with sliced green onions or snipped parsley if desired.
