Skillet Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 2 , lightly buttered on one side
  Sliced cheese 2 Ounce
  Thin onion slice 1
  Thin tomato slices 1
  Vegetarian bacon bits 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder/Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a small skillet. Arrange cheese, onion and tomato on bread. Sprinkle with vegetarian bacon bits and a pinch of garlic powder or curry powder. Add pepper to taste.
Top with other slice of bread, buttered side up. Place a lid on the skillet and cook over medium-low heat until bottom slice is browned and toasty. Turn with a spatula and brown other side. Cheese should be well melted. Serve at once.
