Prune Nut Sandwiches
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Junior prunes||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Mix peanut butter, prunes, nuts, and coconut.
Spread on half of bread slices and top with remaining slices.
Mix eggs, milk, and salt.
Dip sandwiches into mixture and brown on both sides in hot butter in heavy skillet.
