  Cheddar cheese 12 Ounce, grated
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (Good Pinch)
  Milk 6 Tablespoon

Add the grated cheese to the creamed butter, beat in the seasoning and sufficient milk to make a creamy consistency.
A variety of different spreads can be made with the addition of any of the following: chopped chives, finely chopped ham or walnuts with Worcestershire sauce, chopped pickle.
