Turkey Reuben Sandwich
|Rye bread slice||1|
|Cooked turkey||2 Ounce, sliced|
|Drained sauerkraut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||1 Ounce, sliced|
|Dill pickle||1⁄2 Medium, sliced|
|Watercress||1 (For Garnish)|
|Radish roses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Lightly toast bread.
Arrange turkey on toast.
Spread sauerkraut over turkey and top with cheese.
Place on baking sheet; bake at 450°F.
or place under preheated broiler and heat until cheese is melted.
Garnish with pickle slices, watercress, and radish roses.
