Bean Sprout Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Finely chopped cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Whole wheat bread slices 8
  Canned bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
Directions

Combine chopped chicken, celery, and the snipped parsley.
Blend together salad dressing or mayonnaise and soy sauce; add to the chicken mixture and stir lightly.
Spread the softened margarine or butter on one side of whole wheat bread slices.
Spread the sandwich filling on the buttered side of 4 slices bread.
Top each with 1/4 cup bean sprouts.
Top with the remaining bread, buttered side down.
