Hot Crab Sandwiches
|Cooked crabmeat||1⁄2 Pound (Fresh / Canned)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce|
|Diced pimentos||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Firm white bread slice||4|
In a bowl, combine crabmeat, cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, and green pepper; stir until well blended.
Meanwhile, toast bread.
Spread each slice lightly with butter; then top evenly with crab mixture, spreading it out to edges.
Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil 6 inches below heat until bubbly and heated through.
