|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), snipped (fresh)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (fresh)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound (medium, shelled, and deveined)|
Place butter in 10-inch square casserole.
Microwave at High for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts.
Blend in olive oil.
Stir in parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add shrimp, stirring to coat with butter mixture.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 6 to 9 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place shrimp on platter or serve over hot cooked rice.
