Remove crusts from sandwich loaf; slice into 7 layers lengthwise.
Cover 3 layers with Ham Salad.
Cover 3 layers with Egg Salad.
Assemble loaf with alternate layers of ham and egg fillings.
Wrap in plastic wrap; chill thoroughly.
About 1 hour before serving, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate until serving time.
