Stacked Shrimp Sandwich

Ingredients
  Frozen cooked shrimp 1 Ounce (1/3 Cup)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed grain bread slice 2
  Swiss cheese slice 1 3⁄4 Ounce
  Thin cucumber slices 4
  Tomato slices 2
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place frozen shrimp in a colander.
Run hot water over shrimp just till thawed.
Drain well.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard.
Stir in drained shrimp.
On one slice of bread layer cheese, shrimp mixture, cucumber, tomato, and alfalfa sprouts.
Top with second slice of bread.
