Curried Tuna Apple Sandwiches
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned chunk style tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped apple||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced (Including Some Tops)|
|Raisin bread slice/Whole wheat bread slice||4|
Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic salt, cayenne, and lemon juice.
Stir in tuna, apple, celery, raisins, and onion until blended.
Toast and butter bread; spread equal portions of tuna mixture over each sandwich, then sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts, if you wish.
