Curried Tuna Apple Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chunk style tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced (Including Some Tops)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Raisin bread slice/Whole wheat bread slice 4
Directions

Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic salt, cayenne, and lemon juice.
Stir in tuna, apple, celery, raisins, and onion until blended.
Toast and butter bread; spread equal portions of tuna mixture over each sandwich, then sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts, if you wish.
