Super Steak Sandwiches
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Lean rump steak||4 Small|
|Canned pineapple rings||4 , drained|
|Whole meal bread slices||8 , toasted (Thick Slices)|
|Cheese slices||4 (Use Tasty Such As Mature Cheddar)|
|Tomato sauce/Barbecue sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat, add onions and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until onions are soft. Push onions to side of pan, add steaks and pineapple rings and cook for 2 minutes each side or until steak is cooked to your liking.
2. Top 4 slices of toast each with a slice of cheese, 2 slices tomato, a lettuce leaf, a steak, some onions, a pineapple ring, a spoonful of tomato or barbecue sauce and remaining toast slices.
