Garden Sandwich

Ingredients
  Whole grain bread slice 4
  Soy sesame peanut spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Cheese slices 4 (Thick Ones, To Cover The V=Bread)
Directions

Spread 2 tablespoons of S.S.P. spread on each slice of whole grain bread. Cover with tomato slices, and top with cheese.
Broil until the cheese melts.
