Ingredients
  Rye bread slices 2 , lightly toasted
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Eggless mayonnaise/Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced swiss cheese 2
  Sauerkraut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), well drained
  Sliced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sauteed
  Tomato slices 2
Directions

Assemble as a regular cold sandwich. Or, make 2 open-faced sandwiches and bake at 400° F. for 10 minutes.
