Artichoke Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned artichoke hearts 14 Ounce, drained and cut into fourths
  Rye bread slice 6 , toasted
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slice/2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits 3 , crisply fried and crumbled
Directions

Arrange artichokes on toast.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and bacon; spread over artichokes to edges of toast.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
Cut each sandwich into thirds.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and pitted ripe olives if desired.
