Smoked Salmon Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pumpernickel bread slices 2
  Cucumber 12
  Smoked salmon 3 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)
  Chopped green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix together until blended the cream cheese and lemon juice.
Spread cream cheese over pumpernickel bread.
Arrange half the cucumber slices on each sandwich and top with equal amounts of the smoked salmon.
Garnish salmon with chopped green onion.
