Hot Smoked Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Rye bread slice 4
  Turkey 1⁄2 Pound, sliced (smoked)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In 1-Quart Batter Bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, oregano and pepper; mix well.
Using Serrated Bread Knife, thinly slice tomatoes.
Place bread on 13-inch Round Baking Stone.
Spread each slice with some of the mayonnaise mixture.
Dividing evenly, place turkey slices on bread.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbling.
Serve hot.
