Easy Herbed Turkey Sandwiches
|Ground turkey||12 Ounce|
|Unseasoned dry bread crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Fennel seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat hamburger buns||4 Small|
|Shredded lettuce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In small mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, fennel, dill, garlic powder and salt.
Shape into 4 patties about 1/4 inch thick.
Place on roasting rack.
Microwave at High for 3 minutes.
Turn patties over and rearrange.
Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes longer, or just until center is set (some pink juices may remain).
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Serve in buns with shredded lettuce and mustard.
