Dill Tuna Sandwiches
|Low calorie creamy cucumber salad dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped seeded cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped radishes||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken into chunks (1 Can)|
|Pumpernickel slice/Rye/whole wheat bread||4|
In a medium mixing bowl combine salad dressing, dillweed, and pepper. Stir in chopped cucumber and radishes. Add drained tuna. Toss gently to mix.
For each sandwich, place one lettuce leaf on a slice of bread. Top with half of the tuna mixture and another slice of bread.
