Dijon Tofu Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Tofu 16 Ounce, well drained (1 Package)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bagels/English muffins 4 , split and toasted
  Tomato 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl use a fork to mash tofu. Stir in cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, and garlic salt; mix well. Spread tofu mixture on each bagel or English muffin half. Place on a baking sheet.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 4 minutes or till light brown. Top with tomato and alfalfa sprouts.
