Ground Beef Reuben Sandwiches
|Canned sauerkraut||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Instant onion soup||1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Envelope, Single Serving Size)|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato based chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|

Turn sauerkraut into a wire strainer, rinse well with water, and drain thoroughly.
Meanwhile, combine ground beef, instant soup, mustard, and Worcestershire; mix well and shape into 2 oval patties, each 1/2 inch thick.
In a wide frying pan over medium-high heat, cook patties until done to your liking, turning to brown both sides and adding oil if needed.
Top each patty with 1/2 the sauerkraut, drizzle with 1/2 the chili sauce, and top with 1 slice Swiss cheese.
Cover pan and cook just until cheese melts (1 to 2 minutes).
Place each meat patty on a slice of toasted bread; top with another slice of toasted bread.
