Steak Sandwich With Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bottled steak sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Instant meat tenderizer||1 Teaspoon|
|Round steak||1 Pound, Cut into 6 pieces (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|French bread slices||6 , toasted (1 Inch Thick)|
Melt butter; add steak sauce, onion, Worcestershire, and salt; heat.
Use instant meat tenderizer on round steak according to label directions.
Preheat grill according to the manufacturer's directions; grease grill lightly.
Grill meat 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Sprinkle with pepper.
To serve, dip slice of toast quickly in hot butter sauce; top with steak.
Spoon on remaining sauce.
