Egg And Watercress Sandwiches
|Finely chopped watercress||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), stems removed|
|Coarsely chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sieved|
|Thin white bread slices/Nut bread slices||3|
1.Mix the filling ingredients gently but thoroughly.
2.Spread the bread with butter or mayonnaise, then with the filling, cover with more buttered bread, trim off the crusts, and chill an hour or so.
