Egg And Watercress Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Finely chopped watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), stems removed
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sieved
  Salt To Taste
  Thin white bread slices/Nut bread slices 3
  Butter/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1.Mix the filling ingredients gently but thoroughly.
2.Spread the bread with butter or mayonnaise, then with the filling, cover with more buttered bread, trim off the crusts, and chill an hour or so.
1 cup of filling.
