Tofu Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Wheat germ 3 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped sweet basil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Celery ribs 2 , chopped
  Paprika 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Toast slices/Bread slices 8
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mash tofu thoroughly.
Mix in remaining ingredients in order up to the bread, until spread is well-blended.
Taste and correct seasonings.
May be chilled until serving time.
Butter four slices of toast; spread tofu mixture on unbuttered slices; top with alfalfa sprouts.
Assemble sandwiches.
