Hot Salmon Sandwiches
|Canned salmon||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and boned (1 Can)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Plain yogurt/Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
Mix together salmon, cheese (reserve 1 cup), yogurt, salt, paprika and pepper .
Spread mixture on each bread slice.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Place sandwiches on greased cookie sheet and broil until cheese is completely melted and lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
